ACAD PARENTS

MOBILE USAGE - All the phones are kept in custody. We have office numbers that parents and wards can call between the specified hours. Parents are requested to adhere to specified timings only. However, there is no restriction on the emergency of urgent issues. It is often seen that wards if given their smartphone use phone for other work. Apart from calling, which may be a big distraction for them.

DISCIPLINE - Wards coming to ACAD Parents have to adhere to a specific schedule which may be a little exhausting in the beginning. However, to ensure good results wards must follow this. If a ward is found violating rules and regulations again and again even after repeated counseling, he or she can be terminated. In this case, also one month's charges will be borne by the parents.

STUDIES - Wards going to coaching will be checked regarding how they maintain copies, regular viva, doubts clearing, homework checking, analyzing performance, short goal setting, individual counseling & workshops will be done to check & improve the progress, support of teachers (additional charge after the consent of parent) may be provided if need felt. ACAD Parents conducts its tests to check the continuous progress of wards. We have the entire admin team conduct tests and the results of the same will be shared accordingly.

FEE STRUCTURE - The fee is 25k per month, and one month of security and 2 months of advance are required. Maintenance charges of Rs. 5000/- for the whole year shall be deducted from the security amount. Wards going on festival leave, medical leaves, or any other leave, there will be no adjustment in payment. Request regarding the concession of leaves in monthly payment will not be entertained. If paid in lump sump 10% rebate will be given.
