ONE STAYZ – TERMS & CONDITI

Every resident must submit a valid Government ID proof and emergency contact details at the time of admission.

Monthly rent must be paid on or before the due date. Delay in payment may attract penalty charges.

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 or 10000 will be collected at the time of admission. Out of this, ₹2,500 will be treated as a maintenance charge and is non-refundable. The remaining ₹2,500 or 7500 will be refunded at the time of vacating, provided the resident gives a minimum 15 days' prior notice, clears all pending dues, and there are no damages or policy violations.
