2-In the event you wish to vacate the PG before the expiry of the lock-in period, the Security Deposit is neither refundable nor adjustable.

3-Payment of rent shall be before/on the 5th of every month, after which it shall attract a late penalty of Rs. 100 per day and an eviction notice will be raised after the 10th of every month.
