For every student and their parent or guardian. Please read and sign at admission.
- 1.Hostel fee is due by the 7th of every month.
- 2.The gate closes at 9:30 pm. Entry after that only with the warden’s permission.
- 3.Night attendance is taken at 10:00 pm. Every student must be present.
- 4.Leave for a night or more needs the warden’s approval and a call or WhatsApp from your parent or guardian.
- 5.Only parents and guardians named at admission may visit, in the reception area.
- 6.Ragging of any kind means immediate removal from the hostel and a report to the college.
- 7.Study hours are quiet hours. No loud music, calls or games in rooms or corridors.
- 8.Mess timings are on the notice board. Food is not taken from the mess to rooms.
- 9.Carry your hostel ID card and show it at the gate when asked.
- 10.No smoking, alcohol or drugs anywhere on the property.
- 11.No cooking or electric heaters in rooms. Switch off lights and fans when you leave.
- 12.Damage to hostel property is charged to the student responsible.
- 13.Tell the warden at once if you are unwell. Your guardian is informed in any emergency.
- 14.Give 30 days’ notice before leaving the hostel.

Attendance
A fixed night roll-call time is the rule parents ask about most. Keep it after the gate closes.
Leave
Ask for the guardian’s confirmation on WhatsApp for every night away. It protects you if something goes wrong.
Ragging
Keep the ragging rule in every version. Colleges expect hostels near them to have it on the wall.
Signatures
Have both the student and the guardian sign a copy at admission, and keep it in the student’s file.
