Sai Residency PG: House Rules
For every resident. Please read these at check-in.
- 1.Rent is due by the 5th of every month. Pay on UPI or at the office and keep your receipt.
- 2.A late fee of ₹100 per day applies after the due date.
- 3.The main gate closes at 10:30 pm. Tell the manager in advance if you will be late.
- 4.Visitors may sit in the common area between 9 am and 8 pm. No overnight guests.
- 5.Every resident gives a government photo ID and a photograph at check-in, for police verification.
- 6.Give 30 days’ notice before moving out. The deposit is returned after all dues are cleared and the room is checked.
- 7.Switch off lights, fans, geysers and AC when you leave the room.
- 8.Meals are served in the dining area at the times on the notice board. Tell the kitchen by noon if you will miss dinner.
- 9.No cooking, induction plates or electric heaters in rooms.
- 10.No smoking, alcohol or drugs anywhere on the property.
- 11.Keep noise low after 10 pm. Use earphones for calls and videos.
- 12.Damage to furniture, fittings or appliances is charged to the resident responsible.
- 13.Keep your valuables locked in your cupboard.
- 14.Keep your room and bathroom clean. Rooms are checked once a week.

What to write on each line
Pick fewer rules
Ten rules that are followed beat twenty that are ignored. Keep the ones you will actually enforce.
Rent date and notice
Use the same rent date and notice period as in your PG agreement, word for word.
Gate time
If you allow late entry with permission, say who gives it and how (call, WhatsApp).
Print it
Print on A4, laminate it, and put one copy at the entrance and one in the dining area.
