How to fill it
What to write on each line
Dates
Count your notice period from the date of the letter. If your PG asks for 30 days, the vacating date should be at least 30 days later.
Send it in writing
Send the PDF on the PG’s WhatsApp number as well as handing over a copy. A message with a date on it is easy to prove later.
Deposit
Write the deposit you actually paid, and where you want the refund. It saves a round of calls after you leave.
Keys
Take a photo of the room on the day you hand over the keys.
